About Sam

Sam Hart is a Nashville-based songwriter, producer, and creative leader working at the intersection of Christian music, worship, and the modern music industry. A staff songwriter with Curb/Word Publishing, Sam brings over two decades of experience helping artists and organizations create music that is both spiritually grounded and sonically compelling.

Before moving to Nashville, Sam spent more than a decade leading worship ministries, including helping launch an original-music initiative and record label within a large, multi-site church—experience that continues to shape his approach to production, collaboration, and long-term creative vision.

As a producer and songwriter, Sam’s work has been recorded by many artists/groups including Bethel Music, Aaron Shust, Newsong, and Big Daddy Weave, and he has co-written with artists and worship leaders such as Matthew West, Meredith Andrews, Unspoken, and Sanctus Real.

In addition to his production work, Sam hosts the Christian Music Maker Podcast, where he explores the intersection of faith, creativity, and sustainability in the lives of Christian artists, songwriters, and producers.

Sam’s work is marked by musical excellence, thoughtful leadership, and a deep respect for both the creative process and the people behind it—helping songs move from idea to finished release with clarity and intention.
